Q. Do you charge sales tax?
A. We only charge sales tax for orders shipped to California. All other orders are sales tax free!

Q.How long is order processing?
A. 
Do do our incredible prices we are extremely busy. This means we will generally get orders processed in 2-4 days. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to an additional 24 hours for approval. 

***Note that handmade items may take an additional 2-3 days of processing time as many of them are made to order***

Q. How long is shipping?
A. Once shipped out, you will generally receive your order in about 6-14 days via USPS. Though, is rare cases it could take a few days longer.

*Orders placed Sept-Dec or during store-wide sales can often times experience slower processing times due to higher volumes of orders; as a result, you should safely plan at least two to four business days for processing, in addition to the standard shipping time, if you are hoping to receive your order by a certain time.

Q. What if my package says it was delivered but I did not receive it?
A. 

  • Check your mailbox
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Wait until the end of the next day to see if it turns up
  • Ask your postman where he placed it
  • Consider whether or not the package may have been stolen

“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as “undeliverable as addressed” and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. We currently ship to North America, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, Germany & Australia. If you have a special request for other international shipping, please content us with and we will see if we can accommodate.

Q. Is it free to return an item?
A.Yes. We here at Cowgirl Vibes want you to be happy with every purchase. If what you purchased does not fit or you just no longer want the item, we will pay for the return shipping and issue a complete refund if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt. You can click here to start the return process if needed.

Q. How long do I have to return an item?
A. You have 30 days from the day you receive the item(s) to request a return. If it is beyond 30 days, we can no longer accept the item(s) as a return.

Q. Will my items ship in one box?
A. It depends. At times items will ship from different warehouse locations and you will receive multiple shipments for a single order.
